Refund policy

At Rompershomper, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return, exchange and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The wrong product has been delivered
The size/product received is different from what was ordered

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Condition of the Product

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Unworn
In its original packaging
With tags/labels intact, if applicable

Products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, worn, stained, damaged, or altered after delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at rompershomper@gmail.com with:

Order number
Name and contact number
Reason for return/exchange
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another suitable method, as applicable.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Exchange

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped based on stock availability. If the same product or size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, or any additional delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
